Payment in full is required prior to the dispatch of goods. For goods which are not carried in stock and are ‘special order’ items, EVs Enhanced may request either a deposit or pre-payment in full before ordering the goods.
Goods will not be consigned to courier depots. Risk of loss of a product passes to the Buyer once the product has been delivered. Uplift by the Buyer or the Buyer’s agent constitutes delivery to the Buyer. Shipping costs for delivery is at the Buyer’s expense in all cases.
Consignments will only be shipped using one of the existing carrier options offered by EVs Enhanced unless the Buyer chooses the collection option for uplift from our premises in Christchurch New Zealand.
EVs Enhanced will not be liable for any loss suffered by the Buyer due to delays in delivery.
EVs Enhanced uses the services of New Zealand Couriers for deliveries within NZ. EVs Enhanced endeavours to process and ship web orders within the same day providing the order and payment is received by 3pm on weekdays. However, same day shipping is less likely for large orders or orders consisting of products made in-house.
Orders to metropolitan business addresses have an overnight delivery target with the exception of Fridays, where the delivery target is the following Monday. If a ‘Saturday Delivery’ service is required, please contact us with your order and we will inform you of the extra charge for this service and whether Saturday delivery is available for your address.
Orders to metropolitan residential addresses have a 1-2 day delivery target. Orders shipped on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday at the earliest. If a ‘Saturday Delivery’ service is required, please contact us with your order and we will inform you of the extra charge for this service and whether Saturday delivery is available for your address.
Orders to rural (i.e. non-metropolitan) areas have a 2-3 weekday delivery target. The correct ‘rural address’ shipping option must be selected at the checkout when placing website orders as this option covers the cost of the extra rural delivery ticket that is required. To determine whether your delivery address is considered as ‘rural’ by NZ Couriers, please refer to the following NZ Couriers Address Checker:

Note that many addresses that NZ Couriers deem as ‘rural’ are not necessarily classified by the New Zealand postal system as ‘RD’ addresses. Therefore, the only reliable method to check the address is by using the aforementioned NZ Couriers Address Checker tool.
Delivery addresses must be a valid physical address. NZ Couriers do NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes.
EVs Enhanced can accept international orders. No NZ Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15% applies to international orders. For countries that we commonly send orders to, international shipping costs are calculated at the ‘Shopping Cart’ on our website by clicking ‘Calculate Shipping’ and entering the country of residence. For all other countries, EVs Enhanced will contact the customer with regards to specific delivery costs for international orders.
Shipping costs quoted exclude any import taxes, duty or charges that may be payable in your country. EVs Enhanced are unfortunately unable to inform customers of these taxes or charges. For costs involving customs and handling fees and local taxes in your specific country, please contact your local customs/import office for further information.
While PayPal provides a fast and convenient method for making international payments, it is also possible to make payment for orders via international bank telegraphic transfer (‘wire transfer’). It is common practice for both banks (i.e. the sender’s and receiver’s bank) to charge a service fee for processing telegraphic transfers. When making payment, it is important that both bank fees are paid for by the sender of the funds. Orders are only shipped once the telegraphic transfer clears in full. Processing times for telegraphic transfers typically take up to 3 working days.
Declared order values for customs purposes will be equal to the price paid (in NZD) for the goods as per the order confirmation. Invoice values will NOT be marked down without a legitimate reason for doing so.
Delivery addresses for all website orders must be a valid physical address unless prior arrangement has been made with us. DHL does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes or to overseas military mail (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses under any circumstances. Shipping to a P.O. Box is possible via the NZ Post ‘Air Post’ or ‘International Economy Courier’ shipping options, but to selected countries only and deliveries cannot be signed for. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm that delivery to a PO Box is available in your country. While NZ Post ‘Air Post’ and ‘International Economy Courier’ services do ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, EVs Enhanced do not recommend this as any tracking and insurance ends at the point that it is handed over to the APO/FPO/DPO. Therefore, orders shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses are shipped at the risk of the purchaser.
EVs Enhanced endeavours to process and ship web orders within the same day (week days only) providing the order and payment is received prior to the cut off times listed below. However, same day shipping is less likely for large orders or orders consisting of products made in-house.
Week day dispatch cut off times for international orders are as follows:
Shipping via DHL = 12pm NZ time.
Shipping via NZ Post International Economy Courier = 3pm NZ Time.
Shipping via NZ Post Air Post = Not typically shipped same day. Allow up to 5 days for your order to ship.
Prices displayed on our internet website or in any catalogue are subject to change at any time.
All prices listed on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and show both NZ GST inclusive (for national orders) and GST exclusive prices (for export orders) on product pages, shopping cart and checkout.
EVs Enhanced strives to ensure that all item descriptions, pricing, images, compatibility references, specifications and any other product-related information listed or referenced on our website is correct and accurate. Due to occasional human error and other factors, we cannot guarantee that all item information including descriptions, pictures and pricing or any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event that a product listed on our website is listed with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, EVs Enhanced shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and correct and/or remove the inaccurate information. Additionally, all hyperlinks to other websites from EVs Enhanced provided as resources to customers looking for additional information and/or professional opinion. EVs Enhanced does not assume responsibility for the claims and/or representations made on these or any other websites.
EVs Enhanced endeavours to ensure that the availability status of any item on our website is accurate and current. In the case of any discrepancy with regards to stock availability, EVs Enhanced will attempt to advise the customer without delay of any out-of-stocks, delivery delays, back orders or cancellation of an order. EVs Enhanced will obtain the customers approval if the customers wishes to keep an item on backorder or if you wish to cancel your order.
All products sold by EVs Enhanced Ltd are subject to the following warranty conditions, and no others.
The warranty is not transferable and is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product. EVs Enhanced Ltd warrants that all products (except those specifically sold as used parts) shall be free from defects of materials and workmanship in the manufacturing process for the reasonably expected lifetime of the product. This warranty ceases to apply to product models that have been discontinued by EVs Enhanced Ltd for a period of greater than two years. The warranty on used parts is limited to 90-days unless stated otherwise in writing.
A product claimed to be defective and subject for warranty repair, must be returned to EVs Enhanced located in Christchurch New Zealand at the Buyer’s cost. After careful inspection and testing by EVs Enhanced, the Buyer will be notified of whether the warranty claim has been accepted or declined and the reasoning behind the decision. If a warranty claim is accepted, EVs Enhanced at its sole option, may repair the product, replace the product with a comparable new product or keep the product in return for refunding the Buyer’s original purchase price of the product.
This warranty does not apply to any product that has been modified or improperly installed. This warranty also does not apply to any product that has been damaged or impaired by the purchaser, end user, external forces or through lack of maintenance.
The above warranties are the full extent of the warranties available on the product. EVs Enhanced Ltd has no liability to the original purchaser or any other person for any loss, injury or damage to persons or property resulting from the use of the Product or any failure of or defect in the Product whether by general, special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or any other damages of any kind or nature whatsoever. EVs Enhanced Ltd specifically disclaims and disavows all other warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, all warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, warranties of description, warranties of merchant-ability, trade usage or warranties of trade usage.
Some products manufactured by EVs Enhanced Ltd contain software and/or firmware, which is updated by EVs Enhanced Ltd from time to time. Some products also have user-configurable parameters. The user must ensure the current correct version of this program is used with the appropriate configurable parameters. This warranty does not apply where the Product has been installed with an incorrect software version and the user is solely responsible for the appropriate setup of all user-configurable features.
EVs Enhanced Ltd’s aggregate liability arising from or related to goods supplied by EVs Enhanced is limited to the purchase amount. Neither EVs Enhanced nor any of its agents shall in any case be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of those damages. Neither EVs Enhanced nor any of it’s agents shall be responsible for any lost profits or revenue or any substitute equipment.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising under, out of, in connection with, or in relation to this terms, or the making, validity, interpretation or breach thereof, will be determined and settled by arbitration in a location chosen by EVs Enhanced and under New Zealand’s Arbitration Act 1996. Any award rendered will be final and conclusive upon the parties, and judgement thereon may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitrator will have no authority to add to or to modify any provision of these terms. By execution and delivery of this Agreement, the parties submit to and accept with regard to any such action or proceeding the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. If any legal action or proceeding is initiated, the prevailing party shall be entitled to all attorney fees, court costs, and expenses in addition to any other relief to which such prevailing party may be entitled. THESE TERMS WILL NOT BE GOVERNED BY THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON CONTRACTS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS OR BY THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 2A OF THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE THE APPLICATION OF WHICH IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
No goods will be accepted for return without prior contact and authorisation in writing by EVs Enhanced staff (typically via email to enquiries@evsenhanced.com). Goods must be returned with a physical printed copy of the authorisation correspondence.
Upon delivery of purchased goods, the Buyer shall inspect all items thoroughly and contact EVs Enhanced within 48 hours to report any damage or incorrect goods. After acknowledgement of responsibility for the problem, EVs Enhanced, at its sole option may replace the damaged/incorrect product with a comparable product or accept the returned product for the original purchase price.
Refunds for changes of mind or if the goods are no longer required by the Buyer, are at the sole discretion of EVs Enhanced. Returns are unlikely to be offered on non-stocked items that EVs Enhanced has specifically ordered or made for the Buyer. In most cases of returns, a retesting/restocking fee will apply and this will be advised prior to the Buyer sending the product back for inspection/testing. This fee will be determined by EVs Enhanced based on the complexity of the retesting/restocking process for the particular product. After completing inspection/testing, EVs Enhanced reserves the right to reject or reduce the refund offer if the goods have been returned in a no longer salable condition.
All freight charges are by default at the Buyer’s expense and not refundable. However, depending on the situation, EVs Enhanced may offer to cover the cost of re-shipping goods back to the Buyer and/or reimbursing the Buyer for reasonable costs of shipping damaged/incorrect/faulty goods to EVs Enhanced.

If you choose to create an account during checkout, your information is retained by us to make future orders you place with us as convenient as possible.
We will never intentionally pass your details on to any 3rd party, however we may email you very occasionally to advise you of any interesting new products or services that we offer. However, don’t expect to be bombarded by us. We hate spam and really don’t want to bother our customers unless we really think it is important. In fact, as you’re unlikely to receive many emails from us, if you want to keep in touch with what we’re doing, you probably should follow the news section of our website or our social media pages.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be deleted or corrected. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected or deleted, please contact us at enquiries@evsenhanced.com. We may ask you some additional questions at that point, but only to help verify your identity as we wouldn’t want to accidentally turn your information over to someone else.
EVs Enhanced reserves the right to amend or replace entirely these terms and conditions, without notice, at any time. Posting the new or amended terms and conditions on the EVs Enhanced internet website is notice to all Buyer’s of the changes contained therein.
Should any Section or sub-Section of these Terms and Conditions be held to be invalid because it contravenes any applicable legal provision, the parties agree to modify the Terms and Conditions only to the extent necessary to ensure compliance with such legal provision. Notwithstanding the invalidity of any such Section or sub-Section, all other terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
