On the lower specification Japanese Nissan EV models like the Leaf S or the e-NV200 VX & GX the easy solution is to replace the original audio/navigation unit with any aftermarket unit that has the desired features and appearance.  With these models there is no functionality lost by fitting an generic aftermarket unit that was not specifically designed for a Leaf or e-NV200 as all EV specific settings are checked and set via the instrument cluster and there is no integration between the audio/navigation unit and the climate control system or clock.  When choosing a locally available aftermarket audio unit, please be aware that on these lower specification models, the original audio/navigation unit opening is 200mm wide which is wider than the standard double din size.  While a double din unit can be used with some gap filling panels, a 200mm wide unit will look better.
