The team at EVs Enhanced has been working hard over the lockdown period, but most of us are back at work now but with a few minor changes to comply with the government restrictions during COVID-19 Alert Level 3.
For online sales and emailed trade orders it will be close to business as usual from our customer’s perspective. From Wednesday 1 September, we will start shipping all orders including backorders for those patient customers who have been waiting on non-essential items. Note: Couriers to Auckland will be delayed until they are in Level 3 by the request of NZ Couriers. Unfortunately, local pick will not be available during Alert Level 3, but couriers are operating so we can get your orders to you quickly. Our Service Centre will also be available for repairs, servicing and enhancements. However, to comply with the Government’s current COVID-19 Level 3 requirements we have had to make several changes to the way we interact with local customers coming to our workshop. During this time, bookings are essential as we cannot accept walk-in customers. At the time of booking we will provide full details on the contactless drop-off, pick-up, and payment methods we have implemented.
